Return & Refund Policy

DFC IT Service & Solution will check and ensure all the products are in the good condition before delivery. We guarantee all products are brand new and first-class quality from their manufacturers. Therefore, we DO NOT accept any return from customer UNLESS it is damaged or defected during transit. Please notify us within 3 days from the moment you receive the good and found that it is damaged or defected. Failure to do so will be treated at your own risk, DFC IT Service & Solution will not be going to responsible and accept any return after that.

 

Detailed Return / Exchange / Refund / Cancellation Policy:

  1. Most orders are returnable within 7 calendar days upon receipt if they are incorrect, damaged or defective. DFC IT Service & Solution will not going to responsible and accept any return after that. However, customer may not be entitled to request return or exchange in any of the following cases:• When request due to change of mind.
    • When product is used, destroyed or damaged.
    • When tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened.
    • When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost.
    • When components of product (including free gift) have been used or lost
    • When buyer did not follow instructions included in product and make physical damage to the products.
  2. The returned product will be sent to service center/manufacturer/supplier for investigation before any exchange or refund can be made. You will be eligible for an exchange/refund if the item has been inspected and verified that the item was in perfect condition as described above.
  3. Any refund of the Products, for which the payment has been made by credit card, shall be made only by cancelling the credit card transaction, and shall not be made in cash; provided, however, that the refund of the delivery charge (in the case of bundle delivery) may be made in Cash after the relevant purchase has been finalized.
  4. Customer may cancel his or her purchase before the Product is delivered. If the request for cancellation is made while the Product is being delivered, such request shall be processed through the return procedure (not through the cancellation procedures).   5. Any free promotional gift issued with an order must also be returned if you are returning those goods.
  6. DFC IT Service & Solution reserve all rights in any dispute and has the final decision.
