Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time:

  • All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
  • Items that are unavailable due to low stock availability will be placed on back order. DFC IT Service & Solution will do our best to fulfill your backorder as soon as possible and will notify you through our website or email. Should suppliers not having the product in stock, you may request a modification, refund or store credit for the item/s.
  • Your account will be charged for the entire order, so that DFC IT Service & Solution can reserve the product and best deal for you. If this is not acceptable, you may cancel that portion of the order, and request an immediate credit.
  • Please check on our website for any back ordered or pre-order items’ estimated time of arrival.
  • Please note that these dates are estimates, and are not guaranteed to arrive on that date. Your product(s) will be promptly shipped as soon as the product arrives. No additional shipping fees will be charged.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
DFC IT Service & Solution is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages:
DFC IT Service & Solution is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
